Maintenance Director
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team in our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments.
This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Experienced in HVAC repairs, preferred Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Hvac Leadership Painting Plumbing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
